1. Manage the administration of Care Service within the boutique, ensuring seamless operations from registration to payment.
2. Implement Cartier Client Service rules and policies to uphold the brand's esteemed client experience.
3. Accurately record client data and oversee notifications managed by boutique staff.
4. Coordinate client repair orders with boutique staff, watchmakers, and jewelers, providing updates to clients as necessary.
5. Conduct quality control and billing for in-boutique services and platform repair orders.
6. Respond to client inquiries via phone, email, or letter, maintaining high standards of communication.
7. Monitor stock, including spare parts and Care Service accessories, and manage orders and inventories.
8. Assist in inventory checks and manage repair order delivery processes with brand partners.

1. Experience in an administrative or client service role, preferably within the luxury industry.
2. Strong organizational and time management skills.
3. Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
4. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Outlook; SAP experience is advantageous.
5. Client-focused with strong business acumen and problem-solving skills.

1. Proactive and positive attitude towards colleagues and clients.
2. Attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
3. Fluency in English; additional languages are advantageous.

Previous experience in an administrative or client service-oriented role, ideally within the luxury sector, is required.
