Cartier Client Relations Intern

- Assist in the planning and execution of client activations, with a focus on electronic direct mail (eDM) and clienteling.
- Support the coordination of client events, including online registration setup, logistics, guest list management, and post-event follow-up.
- Prepare post-mortem reports and presentations on client engagement activities and competitors’ analysis.
- Assist with client gifting, including the development of gifts, managing inventory, and logistics.
- Consolidate internal client service inquiries and provide helpful resources to internal stakeholders.
- Provide administrative support to the Client team as needed.
- Enrollment in a degree program in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field is preferred.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and as a team player.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly PowerPoint and Excel.
- Knowledge of BI tools and/or Salesforce is a plus.
No prior experience required, but a passion for luxury retail and client relations management is essential.
Currently enrolled in a relevant degree program.
