1. Assist in the planning and execution of client activations, with a focus on electronic direct mail (eDM) and clienteling.
2. Support the coordination of client events, including online registration setup, logistics, guest list management, and post-event follow-up.
3. Prepare post-mortem reports and presentations on client engagement activities and competitors’ analysis.
4. Assist with client gifting, including the development of gifts, managing inventory, and logistics.
5. Consolidate internal client service inquiries and provide helpful resources to internal stakeholders.
6. Provide administrative support to the Client team as needed.

1. Enrollment in a degree program in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field is preferred.

1. Good communication and interpersonal skills.
2. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
3. Ability to work independently and as a team player.
4. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly PowerPoint and Excel.
5. Knowledge of BI tools and/or Salesforce is a plus.

No prior experience required, but a passion for luxury retail and client relations management is essential.

Currently enrolled in a relevant degree program.
