1. Manage inbound and outbound customer interactions via telephone, email, live chat, and social media.
2. Facilitate online and phone sales to achieve commercial objectives.
3. Deliver brand information to clients and gather valuable client feedback.
4. Accurately process data in compliance with group data security policies.
5. Escalate urgent system issues to the team leader and report on potential system improvements.
6. Identify and report trends in customer satisfaction or dissatisfaction.
7. Adhere to company policies and represent the brand professionally at all times.
8. Collaborate with the Client Service team for repairs and after-sales service requests.

1. Experience in retail sales or customer service within the luxury or high-end goods sector, or in contact center/e-commerce activities.

1. Customer service orientation and sales acumen.
2. Strong communication skills in both verbal and written forms.
3. Fluency in English; proficiency in Mandarin is advantageous.
4. Proficiency in PC usage; experience with SAP CRM and Salesforce is beneficial.
5. Flexibility to work shifts, including weekends and public holidays.

Previous experience in retail sales or customer service, particularly within the luxury or high-end goods domain, or experience in contact center/e-commerce activities.
