1. Manage inbound and outbound customer interactions via telephone, e-mail, live chat, and social media.
2. Facilitate online and phone sales to achieve commercial objectives.
3. Deliver brand information to clients and gather valuable feedback.
4. Accurately process required data in compliance with group data security policies.
5. Escalate urgent system issues to the team leader and report on potential system improvements.
6. Identify and report trends in customer satisfaction or dissatisfaction.
7. Adhere to company policies and procedures, maintaining a professional image.
8. Collaborate with the Client Service team for repairs and after-sales service requests.

1. Experience in retail sales or customer service within the luxury or high-end goods sector.
2. Experience in contact center or e-commerce related activities.

1. Customer service and sales orientation.
2. Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
3. Fluency in English and Mandarin.
4. Proficiency in PC usage; experience with SAP CRM and Salesforce is advantageous.
5. Flexibility to work in shifts, including weekends and public holidays.

Previous experience in retail sales or customer service, particularly within the luxury or high-end goods domain, or experience in contact center or e-commerce activities.
