1. Contribute to the digitalization of quality service indicators.
2. Update and interpret monthly KPIs, ensuring data quality and performance monitoring.
3. Create presentation materials for sharing information.
4. Support the handling of customer and market requests and complaints.
5. Assist teams in responding to customer inquiries.
6. Manage cross-functional projects for continuous product and process improvement.
7. Support technical teams with tooling assistance.
8. Create and update support documentation for markets.
9. Participate in relevant meetings as needed.

1. Enrollment in a general engineering school or equivalent program.
2. Proficiency in handling numerical data using Excel and digital tools.
3. Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.

1. Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel (pivot tables, functions).
2. Fluency in English.
3. Curiosity and proactivity.
4. Organizational skills and analytical mindset.
5. Ability to work independently.

No prior professional experience required, but a strong academic background in engineering or related fields is preferred.

Currently enrolled in a general engineering program or similar academic pursuit.

Up to €1,400 gross monthly, depending on the level of study.

Includes an integration program with training on the history and products of the Maison, and ongoing support throughout the internship.
