Cartier Client Marketing Platform Program Manager

- Define strategic orientations for the Client Marketing Platform to maximize client engagement.
- Coordinate a team of business owners to ensure consistency and coordination of delivery and maintenance for platform products.
- Manage a team of two business owners and one external consultant.
- Create and maintain a joint ambition for platform development.
- Assess platform performance and maintain the roadmap.
- Serve as the point of contact for Richemont Group Platforms teams and LNR Engage.
- Contribute to strategic and transversal presentations.
- Ensure seamless collaboration and coordination between business owner teams.
- Oversee maintenance and improvement requests for prioritization, including roadmaps with Group Tech.
- Gather priorities and needs of business owners and assess them for program interest.
- Minimum 10-12 years of experience in CRM, Marketing Technologies, or Digital Agencies.
- Proficiency in English and French.
