- Assist the Client Marketing Platform Program Manager in designing the platform's overall roadmap.
- Develop and maintain comprehensive documentation for the Client Marketing Platform Program.
- Ensure innovation and development requests align with personalized customer engagement goals.
- Monitor the platform's performance and business impact on Cartier and its clients.
- Collaborate with business owners to develop and follow up on their roadmaps.
- Coordinate incident management processes and assess their impact on customer experience.
- Lead cross-functional projects, defining business objectives and delivery schedules.
- Support business ownership of Salesforce Marketing Cloud and Data Cloud as a Business Analyst.
- Define business requirements and refine use cases based on business needs.
- Connect with key users and Product Owners to document design and acceptance criteria.
- Oversee the creation and maintenance of documentation for new and existing features.
- Support the Product Owner in conducting training for end users.
- Higher University Degree in Engineering, Business, Marketing, Communications, or related fields.
- Proficiency in Salesforce, Sprinklr, or similar platforms is advantageous.
- Ability to communicate effectively with technical and business stakeholders.
- Excellent English communication and influencing skills.
- Experience in project management and Agile frameworks, particularly with Atlassian tools like JIRA or Confluence.

Higher University Degree in Engineering, Business, Marketing, Communications, or related fields.
