Cartier Client Experience Coordinator

- Support the execution of the client experience strategy and identify opportunities for improvement in the boutique.
- Deliver exceptional hospitality and personalized service to clients, ensuring a seamless and memorable experience.
- Assist with front podium duties, managing appointments and walk-in clients efficiently.
- Utilize Maison storytelling to enhance client engagement and support sales associates in appointment preparation.
- Facilitate seamless client experiences through appointment preparation, product presentation, and sales finalization.
- Assist clients with service requests, including repairs, personalization, and complimentary services.
- Support client development activities, including data entry and report management.
- Provide concierge-level services, including recommendations and reservations.
- Manage boutique traffic flow and appointment booking tools.
- Ensure the upkeep and appearance of the sales floor and support merchandising efforts.
- Partner with the Operations Coordinator to manage inventory and supply needs.
- Participate in inventory control processes and ensure successful annual inventory.
- Develop brand knowledge to convey Cartier heritage and values.
- Comply with security and operational procedures.
- Foster a collaborative and positive boutique environment.
- Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree preferred.
- Previous experience in luxury retail, service, or hospitality industry is a plus.
- Excellent computer skills and proficiency in MS Office; SAP knowledge preferred.
- Additional language skills are a plus.
- Ability to work retail hours, including weekends, and travel for training.
- Strong analytical, organizational, and interpersonal communication skills.
- Attention to detail and ability to multitask with precision.
- Collaborative approach with a positive attitude.
- Intellectual curiosity and passion for learning.
Previous experience in luxury retail, service, or hospitality industry is advantageous.
Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree preferred.
