1. Create exceptional client experiences by delivering an outstanding welcome and hospitality throughout the client visit.
2. Support front podium duties, ensuring timely assistance for appointments and walk-in clients.
3. Utilize Maison storytelling and heritage to enhance client interactions.
4. Assist sales associates with appointment preparation, client entertainment, and product presentation.
5. Facilitate seamless client experiences, including appointment preparation, sales finalization, and client data capture.
6. Assist clients with service requests, repairs, and personalization needs.
7. Support client development activities, including data entry and report management.
8. Provide high-level personal services, including directions, reservations, and entertainment requests.
9. Assist with phone duties, including handling incoming calls and appointment setting.
10. Optimize boutique environment by managing traffic flow and appointment bookings.
11. Support general upkeep and appearance of sales floor and client service areas.
12. Assist with merchandising and display maintenance.
13. Partner with Operations Coordinator to manage boutique supply inventory and product movement.
14. Assist with inventory control processes to ensure successful annual inventory.
15. Participate in daily set up and break down of boutique for opening/closing.
16. Assist with organization and tracking of client experience tools.
17. Develop fundamental brand knowledge to convey Cartier heritage and values.
18. Understand and comply with security and operational procedures.
19. Remain current on industry news and local/global competition.
20. Strive for operational excellence and uphold standards.
21. Share and collaborate best practices with the boutique team.
22. Contribute to a positive and productive boutique environment.

1. Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree preferred.
2. Previous experience in luxury retail, service, or hospitality industry is a plus.

1. Excellent computer skills and use of technology.
2. MS Office experience required; SAP knowledge preferred.
3. Additional language skills are a plus.
4. Ability to work retail hours, including weekends, and travel for training as needed.
5. Excellent analytical, organizational, and interpersonal communication skills.
6. Strong understanding of client service needs and priorities.
7. Strong attention to detail with the ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
8. Collaborative approach with a 'can do' attitude.
9. Intellectual curiosity and passion for learning.

Previous experience in luxury retail, service, or hospitality industry is a plus.

Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree preferred.
