Cartier Client Experience Coordinator

- Create exceptional client experiences by delivering outstanding hospitality and personalized service.
- Support front podium duties, ensuring timely assistance for appointments and walk-in clients.
- Utilize Maison storytelling to enhance client interactions and experiences.
- Assist sales associates with appointment preparation and client engagement activities.
- Facilitate seamless client experiences through appointment preparation, product presentation, and service finalization.
- Handle quick service requests, including repairs, personalization, and complimentary services.
- Support client development activities, including data entry and report management.
- Provide concierge-level recommendations and services, such as reservations and entertainment requests.
- Manage phone duties, including call handling and appointment setting.
- Optimize boutique environment by managing traffic flow and appointment booking tools.
- Maintain sales floor and display standards, supporting merchandising and inventory control.
- Collaborate with Operations Coordinator for supply inventory management and product movement.
- Participate in boutique setup and breakdown for opening and closing.
- Develop brand knowledge to convey Cartier heritage and values.
- Ensure compliance with security and operational procedures.
- Contribute to a positive and collaborative team environment.
- Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree preferred.
- Previous experience in luxury retail, service, or hospitality is advantageous.
- Excellent computer and technology skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office; SAP knowledge preferred.
- Additional language skills are a plus.
- Strong analytical, organizational, and interpersonal communication skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, evolving environment.
- Attention to detail and multitasking abilities.
- Collaborative approach with a positive attitude.
- Intellectual curiosity and passion for learning.
Previous experience in luxury retail, service, or hospitality is advantageous.
Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree preferred.
