Cartier Client Experience Ambassador

- Ensure an exceptional client experience upon entry into the boutique.
- Manage client seating and offer refreshments and reading materials.
- Inform clients about approximate waiting times and coordinate with Sales Associates for prompt service.
- Assist Sales Associates by retrieving and returning merchandise during sales transactions.
- Coordinate between Sales Associates and other boutique staff such as Stockists, Cashiers, and Voituriers.
- Perform gift wrapping and arrange for client transportation.
- Escort clients to the door upon departure and assist with after-sales duties without handling payments.
- Adhere to all brand and boutique policies and procedures.
- Participate in inventory management and price labeling.
- Assist in the setup and breakdown of the boutique at opening and closing.
- Implement Visual Merchandising guidelines.
- Order and manage boutique supplies to ensure a pristine environment.
- Significant experience in hospitality or luxury environments.
- Commercial acumen with excellent communication skills.
