Cartier Client Engagement Senior Project Manager

- Oversee and refine the Client Lifecycle strategy across all regions, channels, and touchpoints.
- Collaborate with regional teams to support their Client Lifecycle strategies.
- Monitor performance and technical efficiency of Client Lifecycle journeys, identifying areas for improvement.
- Coordinate global implementation of reactivation and re-engagement journeys with external agencies and performance teams.
- Ensure seamless integration of key 'Moments of Truth' into interaction strategies across all channels.
- Lead the Global Travelers Strategy to enhance client experiences between home and destination.
- Contribute to the Worldwide Gifting Client Engagement Strategy and ensure its implementation.
- Drive the integration of campaign and platform innovations into Cartier's interaction strategy.
- Collaborate with external agencies to optimize processes and enhance global visibility.
- Serve as the primary contact for the Client Marketing Team, CMP, and external agencies.
- Foster innovation through collaboration with internal and external stakeholders.
- Minimum 5 years of experience, including a first experience in CRM.
- Strong project management and innovation-driven mindset.
- Expertise in CRM systems and tools like Salesforce.
- Proven expertise in Marketing Cloud.
- Exceptional analytical skills for performance monitoring and enhancement.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
A minimum of 5 years of experience in CRM, with a strong emphasis on project management and innovation.
