2. Manage customer relationships and inventory control.
3. Handle jewelry and watch repair requests.
4. Perform operational tasks related to sales and customer service.

1. Experience in luxury goods, jewelry, or watch sales.
2. Background in high-end automotive, hospitality, fashion, or airline customer service.
3. Minimum of two years of professional experience in sales or customer service.
4. Experience working in team-oriented environments.
5. Ability to build trust with clients and demonstrate flexibility.
6. Strong motivation for personal skill development.

1. Proficiency in customer relationship management.
2. Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
3. Ability to work collaboratively in a team.
4. Fluency in English; proficiency in Chinese is a plus.
5. Knowledge of luxury retail operations.

A minimum of two years in sales or customer service, preferably within the luxury sector.
