- Explain diagnostics and repair processes to clients, keeping them informed of progress.
- Resolve client dissatisfaction by finding tailored solutions.
- Promote and sell services and accessories, guiding clients towards potential jewelry and watch sales.
- Create and manage client notifications in the system, ensuring all necessary information is collected for case tracking.
- Collaborate with technicians and administrative staff to ensure optimal case handling.
- Act as the primary contact for clients regarding their case status.
- Sell after-sales services and accessories to contribute to revenue.
- Ensure client satisfaction by adhering to Cartier's protocol and achieving performance indicators.
- Participate actively in boutique operations, including team meetings and challenges.
- Order and track leather bracelets for clients and participate in inventory counts.
- Adhere to boutique procedures and safety rules, from opening to closing.
- Apply after-sales policies and management procedures, including discounts, refunds, and exchanges.
- Maintain professional appearance and adhere to uniform guidelines.
- Ensure product quality by following packaging and presentation procedures.
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Business Management or a related field.
- Fluency in English; a third language is appreciated.
