Cartier Client Advisor

- Achieve individual and boutique sales targets, both quantitative and qualitative.
- Deliver a unique and exceptional customer experience, mastering the selling ceremony.

- Utilize Clientelling tools effectively and represent the Maison at client events.

- Participate in special projects and assist with administrative and stock room tasks.
- Master tools related to specific services such as functional checks and engraving.
- Maintain accurate customer records and ensure secure handling of cash.
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent.
- Exceptional ability to drive change and initiatives to achieve company goals.
- Strong multi-tasking skills to manage competing priorities.
- Ability to analyze risks and anticipate customer needs proactively.
- Polite and respectful customer service skills, exceeding expectations.
- Intermediate proficiency in English.
- Proficient in MS Office.
- Knowledge of watchmaking and jewelry techniques is a plus.
2-5 years of experience as a client advisor in retail or other service industries. Experience in luxury and/or hospitality is advantageous.
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent.
