- Provide exceptional customer service and sales support in the Cartier boutique.
- Manage customer relations and inventory control.
- Handle jewelry and watch repair requests.
- Conduct operational tasks related to customer service and sales.
- Experience in luxury goods, jewelry, or watch sales.
- Background in customer service within high-end sectors such as luxury automotive, hospitality, fashion, or airlines.
- Minimum of two years of professional experience with a focus on sales and customer service.
- Experience in team-oriented environments.
- Ability to build trust with clients and adapt flexibly to their needs.
- Proactive in personal skill development and goal-oriented.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Proficiency in Mandarin or English for customer interactions is advantageous.
- Experience in external sales or store management in department stores is a plus.
- Possession of jewelry-related certifications such as GIA G.G. or experience in watch maintenance is beneficial.
A minimum of two years in sales or customer service, preferably within the luxury sector.
Comprehensive training and mentorship program, including a four-day induction in Tokyo and ongoing follow-up training. Mentorship for the first three months to ensure a smooth transition into the role.
