Cartier Client Advisor

- Ensure a unique and exceptional client experience during sales interactions.
- Master the sales process, including welcoming, understanding client needs, convincing, closing, and developing relationships.

- Act as the primary contact for clients in after-sales scenarios.

- Manage repair orders when applicable.

- Adhere to all brand and boutique policies and procedures.
- Participate in inventory management.

- Implement visual merchandising guidelines.
- Support special projects as requested.

- Strong interpersonal skills, curiosity, and team spirit.
- Preferably 3 to 7 years of experience in a similar luxury retail environment.
- Good product knowledge in the luxury retail landscape.

- Excellent communication skills
