1. Ensure a unique and exceptional client experience during sales interactions.
2. Master the sales process, including welcoming, understanding client needs, convincing, closing, and developing relationships.
3. Adapt to client needs and motivations, striving to surprise and delight.
4. Handle negotiations and objections with ease.
5. Convey the passion and values of Cartier.
6. Act as the primary contact for clients in after-sales scenarios.
7. Meet individual and boutique sales targets, both quantitative and qualitative.
8. Manage repair orders when applicable.
9. Cultivate strong client relationships and develop client loyalty.
10. Efficiently expand the client portfolio through sales and care services.
11. Execute targeted CRM actions.
12. Participate in client events as an ambassador of the Maison.
13. Adhere to all brand and boutique policies and procedures.
14. Participate in inventory management.
15. Assist with boutique opening and closing procedures.
16. Implement visual merchandising guidelines.
17. Support special projects as requested.

1. Commercial acumen with strong selling skills.

3. Strong interpersonal skills, curiosity, and team spirit.
4. Preferably 3 to 7 years of experience in a similar luxury retail environment.
5. Good product knowledge in the luxury retail landscape.
