Cartier Client Advisor

- Ensure a unique and exceptional client experience during sales interactions.
- Master the sales process, including welcoming, understanding client needs, convincing, closing, and developing relationships.
- Adapt to client needs and motivations, striving to surprise and delight.
- Handle negotiations and objections with ease.
- Convey the passion and values of Cartier.
- Act as the primary contact for clients in after-sales scenarios.
- Meet individual and boutique sales targets, both quantitative and qualitative.
- Manage repair orders when applicable.
- Cultivate strong client relationships and develop client loyalty.
- Efficiently expand the client portfolio through sales and care services.
- Execute targeted CRM actions.
- Participate in client events as an ambassador of the Maison.
- Adhere to all brand and boutique policies and procedures.
- Participate in inventory management.
- Assist with boutique opening and closing procedures.
- Implement visual merchandising guidelines.
- Support special projects as requested.
- Commercial acumen with strong selling skills.
- Service and client-focused mindset.
- Strong interpersonal skills, curiosity, and team spirit.
- Preferably 3 to 7 years of experience in a similar luxury retail environment.
- Good product knowledge in the luxury retail landscape.
- Exceptional client service skills
- Strong negotiation abilities
- Proficiency in CRM systems
- Visual merchandising expertise
- Excellent communication skills
A minimum of 3 to 7 years in a similar luxury retail environment is preferred.
