1. Build and nurture client relationships, representing Cartier in German-speaking markets.
2. Provide outstanding customer service via phone and web-based channels.
3. Identify sales opportunities and maintain customer engagement.

5. Serve as the main point of contact for customers, assisting them in selecting Cartier products for significant occasions.
