1. Build and nurture client relationships, embodying the voice of Cartier in the English market.
2. Provide outstanding customer service via phone and web-based channels, maintaining the high standards of Maison Cartier.
3. Identify sales opportunities and maintain customer engagement at the highest level.
4. Deliver expert knowledge on Cartier creations and uphold brand guidelines.
5. Serve as the main point of contact for clients, assisting them in selecting Cartier creations for significant occasions.
6. Operate within a complex environment, creating and maintaining positive relationships across teams.
