1. Build and nurture client relationships, representing Cartier in the Danish market.
2. Provide outstanding customer service through phone and web-based channels.
3. Identify sales opportunities and maintain customer engagement.
4. Deliver expert knowledge on Cartier creations and the brand.
5. Operate within brand guidelines to uphold quality standards.
6. Serve as the main point of contact for clients, assisting them in selecting Cartier creations for special occasions.
7. Collaborate proactively within a smaller team environment.
