1. Cultivate and maintain strong client relationships, particularly with VIP clientele in Swiss- and German-speaking markets.
2. Provide exceptional customer service through phone and web-based channels, ensuring alignment with Cartier's brand standards.
3. Identify and capitalize on sales opportunities while maintaining customer engagement.

1. Fluency in German and/or Swiss German.
2. Proven ability to build and maintain client relationships.

Previous experience in a client-facing role within the luxury sector is preferred.
