1. Build and nurture client relationships, representing Cartier in the Swedish market.
2. Provide outstanding customer service via phone and web-based channels.
3. Identify sales opportunities and maintain high customer engagement.
4. Deliver expert knowledge on Cartier creations and uphold brand quality.
5. Serve as the main point of contact for clients, assisting them in selecting the right Cartier creation for significant occasions.
6. Operate within brand guidelines and maintain a high level of product knowledge.

1. Proven track record of creating and maintaining positive client relationships.
2. Ability to work effectively in a complex environment.
3. Fluency in Swedish and English.

Previous experience in client services or a related field within the luxury sector is preferred.
