- Build and nurture client relationships, representing Cartier in the Dutch and French markets.
- Provide outstanding customer service through phone and web-based channels.
- Identify and capitalize on sales opportunities while maintaining customer engagement.
- Deliver expert knowledge on Cartier creations and uphold brand quality standards.
- Serve as the main point of contact for clients, assisting them in selecting the right Cartier creation for significant occasions.
- Operate within brand guidelines to ensure the quality representation of Cartier.
- Collaborate proactively within a smaller team, demonstrating attention to detail and system proficiency.
- Proven track record of creating and maintaining positive client relationships.
- Fluency in Dutch and French, with excellent communication skills in both languages.
- Ability to work effectively in a complex environment.
- Expertise in customer service and client relationship management.
- Strong commercial acumen and sales identification skills.
- Proficiency in using various communication tools and systems.
- Attention to detail and ability to operate within brand guidelines.
Previous experience in a customer service or client advisory role, preferably within the luxury sector.
