1. Build and nurture client relationships, acting as the voice of Cartier Maison in the English market.
2. Provide outstanding customer service through phone and web-based channels, maintaining the quality standards of Cartier.
3. Identify sales opportunities and maintain high levels of customer engagement.
4. Offer expert advice on Cartier creations, assisting clients in selecting pieces for significant occasions.

1. Proven track record of creating and maintaining positive client relationships.
2. Ability to work effectively in a complex environment.

Experience in client services, particularly within the luxury sector, is preferred.
