1. Build and nurture client relationships, representing Cartier in the French market.
2. Provide outstanding customer service via phone and web-based channels, maintaining the quality standards of Cartier.
3. Identify sales opportunities and engage customers to maintain their interest at the highest level.
4. Deliver expert knowledge on Cartier creations and uphold brand guidelines.
5. Serve as the main point of contact for clients, assisting them in selecting Cartier creations for significant occasions.
6. Collaborate proactively within a smaller team, ensuring attention to detail and effective use of various tools.

1. Proven track record of creating and maintaining positive client relationships.

Experience in client advisory roles within the luxury sector is preferred.
