1. Build and nurture client relationships, representing Cartier in the South East Europe market.
2. Provide outstanding customer service in Italian through phone and web-based channels.
3. Identify sales opportunities and maintain customer engagement at the highest level.
4. Offer expert advice on Cartier creations, helping clients select the perfect pieces for significant occasions.
5. Uphold Cartier's brand quality and guidelines while delivering exceptional client support.
6. Collaborate proactively within a small team, ensuring attention to detail and effective use of various tools.

1. Proven track record of creating and maintaining positive client relationships.
2. Ability to work in a complex environment and collaborate with teams outside of direct control.

1. Fluency in Italian and English.
2. Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
3. Strong commercial acumen and customer service orientation.
4. Attention to detail and proficiency in using various digital tools.

Experience in client advisory roles within the luxury sector is preferred.
