1. Build and nurture client relationships, representing Cartier's brand values in the French market.
2. Provide outstanding customer service through phone and web-based channels, maintaining the high standards of Maison Cartier.
3. Identify and capitalize on sales opportunities while ensuring customer engagement and satisfaction.
4. Deliver expert knowledge on Cartier's creations and maintain brand guidelines.
5. Act as the main point of contact for customers, assisting them in selecting Cartier creations for significant occasions.
6. Collaborate proactively within a smaller team, ensuring attention to detail and effective use of various tools.

1. Proven track record of creating and maintaining positive relationships in a complex environment.
2. Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.

Experience in luxury client services or a similar role is preferred.
