1. Support the organization and coordination of jewelry, watch, and accessory requests for celebrities during red carpet and brand events.
2. Coordinate travel and product logistics for talent during Cartier campaign production days.
3. Communicate with boutiques, security, and internal departments during celebrity dressings, acting as the main point of contact for jewelry security.
4. Assist in logistics for brand events, including booking flights, hotels, cars, and arranging for hair and makeup artists.
5. Manage onsite needs of the Talent and Entertainment team for offsite activities.
6. Centralize materials related to ambassadors and talents, including biographies, images, and budgets.
7. Compile celebrity target lists for campaign launches and brand events.
8. Create recaps for events, tracking celebrity deliverables and outputs.
9. Oversee the creation and management of a talent photo archive.
10. Suggest and introduce new and emerging talent to the brand.
11. Liaise with agents and brand content team for image approvals.
12. Coordinate with Press and Digital teams for celebrity exposure and communication across social channels.
13. Oversee the distribution of press releases for celebrity dressings and monitor industry events.

No prior experience required, but a background in business or communication studies is preferred.

Currently enrolled in a business or communication school or equivalent.

Remuneration from €1,300 gross per month, depending on the level of studies.

Access to private sales, teleworking rights, and 75% coverage of travel expenses.
