Cartier Celebrity Talent & Entertainment Intern

- Support the organization and coordination of jewelry, watch, and accessory requests for celebrities during red carpet and brand events.
- Coordinate travel and product logistics for talent during Cartier campaign shoots.
- Handle communication with boutiques, security, and internal departments during celebrity dressings, acting as the main point of contact for jewelry security at Cartier events.
- Assist in managing celebrity logistics for brand events, including booking flights, hotels, cars, and arranging hair and makeup artists.
- Manage onsite needs of the Talent and Entertainment team for offsite activities.
- Centralize all materials related to ambassadors and various talents, including biographies, images, gifting tracker, and budget.
- Assist with compiling celebrity target lists for campaign launches, Cartier brand events, and internal activations.
- Create recaps for event activities, tracking celebrity deliverables and overall output.
- Oversee the creation and management of a talent photo archive.
- Suggest and introduce the brand to new and emerging talent.
- Liaise with agents and brand content team for image approvals.
- Coordinate with the Press team for celebrity dressings and clippings on celebrity exposure, and with the Digital team for talent communication across Cartier social channels.
- Oversee the distribution of press releases for Cartier celebrity dressings.
- Monitor industry events.
- Enrollment in a business or communication school, or equivalent educational program.
- Fluency in written and spoken French and English.
- Meticulous attention to detail.
- Strong organizational and project management skills.
- Effective communication skills.
- Ability to manage stress and demonstrate proactivity.
- Dynamic and responsive with a team spirit.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
No specific prior experience required, but a background in luxury fashion, marketing, or event coordination is advantageous.
Currently pursuing a degree in business, communication, or a related field.
Remuneration starting from €1,300 gross per month, contingent on the level of studies.
