Cartier Celebrity Relations Coordinator

- Coordinate product loans for celebrity engagements, including managing lookbooks, jewelry approvals, and security logistics.
- Process and track PR and boutique stock, ensuring adherence to inventory procedures and compliance policies.
- Manage product flow, including shipping, receiving, and inventory tracking through updated logistics logs.
- Support boutique appointments for stylists, agents, and VIP talent, and create and track talent's contracted boutique credit.
- Liaise with boutiques to assist with VIP sales and develop relationships with local industry contacts.
- Assist with lookbooks, product pulling, and tracking for films and television shows.
- Support the gifting strategy, including managing a gift tracker for birthdays, holidays, and CRM.
- Collaborate with the team to identify new and emerging talents for potential partnerships.
- Assist with celebrity logistics for brand events and support local photoshoot send outs.
- Coordinate with the NY PR team for logistics and manage jewelry approvals.
- Act as the point of contact for pick-ups and returns, handling pieces on-site when necessary.
- Manage PR stock, including shipping, receiving, and inventory tracking.
- Coordinate local gifting and assist with logistics for LA-based partners.
- Bachelor’s degree
- 1-2 years of experience in Public Relations and/or Celebrity management
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Excel, and PowerPoint
- Ability to multitask and thrive in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent communication skills and attention to detail
- Willingness to work late nights and weekends
1-2 years of experience in Public Relations and/or Celebrity management is required.
Bachelor’s degree
Expected salary range: $25.00 to $30.00 per hour. Salary will be negotiated based on relevant skills and experience.
