- Deliver exceptional client experiences by providing outstanding hospitality throughout the client's visit.
- Anticipate client needs by understanding their preferences and coordinating with sales associates.
- Prepare and serve a variety of beverages and pastries, ensuring alignment with client preferences.
- Maintain thorough knowledge of food and beverage offerings and local vendors.
- Supervise and ensure the readiness of hospitality areas, including bars and dining rooms.
- Order, receive, and manage hospitality supplies efficiently.
- Assist with customer payments and ensure all duties are performed with professionalism.
- Maintain the boutique's appearance, focusing on hospitality-related aspects.
- Manage hospitality supply inventory and monitor costs to adhere to budget guidelines.
- Ensure cleanliness and organization of hospitality areas and comply with safety policies.
- Develop a deep understanding of Cartier's heritage and products to engage clients effectively.
- Uphold Cartier standards and contribute to a positive boutique environment.
- Preferred associate’s or bachelor’s degree in hotel management.
- At least one year of experience as a Butler or similar role in the hospitality industry.
- Previous experience in luxury retail or service industry is advantageous.
- Excellent computer and technology skills.
- Proficiency in additional languages is beneficial.
- Strong organizational and interpersonal communication skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with attention to detail.
- Understanding of client service standards and priorities.
- Knowledge of local attractions and food and wine pairings is a plus.
A minimum of one year of experience in a Butler or similar role within the hospitality industry is required. Experience in luxury retail or service industries is considered advantageous.
Preferred associate’s or bachelor’s degree in hotel management.
Expected salary range: $50,000 to $70,000. Salaries are negotiable based on relevant skills and experience.
