- Assist in the development and articulation of the Marketing, Communications & Client Strategic Plan.
- Support the implementation of strategic business plans to achieve sales targets and market share growth.
- Coordinate cross-functional projects with a client-centric approach.
- Define and monitor objectives and KPIs for each activation.
- Manage timelines and retro-planning among involved teams, monitoring progress and achievements.
- Develop a performance-oriented mindset within the Marketing, Communications & Client community.
- Support UAE management with strategic presentations and internal communication.
- Coordinate and track the Advertising & Promotional Budget in collaboration with various stakeholders.
- Conduct competitive intelligence monitoring and capture market insights.
- Master's degree in Business, Marketing, or related disciplines.
- Minimum of 2 years of professional experience in Business Planning, Strategic Projects, or Marketing.
- Strong interpersonal and organizational skills.
- Proven track record of effective peer interaction.
- Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent written and oral communication skills.
- Expert proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint.
- High level of integrity and results-orientation.
- Flexibility and adaptability to changing circumstances.
- Strong numeric ability and commercial awareness.
- Ability to articulate complex concepts clearly.
- Curiosity and proactive problem-solving skills.
A minimum of 2 years in relevant positions such as Business Planning, Strategic Projects, or Marketing, ideally with experience in transversal collaboration across key functions.
Master's degree in Business, Marketing, or related disciplines.
