Cartier Business Analyst & Insights Coordinator

- Serve as the primary contact for business performance insights across the Southeast Asia & Oceania region, collaborating with market and HQ teams.
- Develop, update, and present comprehensive sales and business performance reports.
- Create and implement performance tools and reporting programs in partnership with office and boutique teams.
- Collaborate across functions to establish robust processes and tracking mechanisms for commercial, client, product, and productivity dimensions.
- Act as the regional data champion, managing Looker and SAP reporting to ensure consistent data quality and reliability.
- Partner with market data champions and commercial leads to define ambitions, align on action plans, and drive business results.
- Provide strategic insights by challenging assumptions and identifying key drivers to improve traffic and productivity.
- Support preparation of periodic business reviews, delivering actionable insights aligned with performance goals.
- Conduct ad-hoc analysis to address evolving business needs and support decision-making.
- Support the planning and execution of regional strategic projects related to business performance.
- Coordinate project planning, progress monitoring, stakeholder updates, and communication.
- Facilitate cross-functional alignment and ensure timely delivery of project milestones.
- University or Business school graduate
- At least 2 years of professional experience within a similar role, ideally in the high-end luxury retail industry
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills in English, both written and verbal; proficiency in other Asian languages is a plus.
- Strong analytical skills with a proactive attitude and problem-solving mindset.
- Organized, pragmatic, proactive, and able to manage new projects independently and lead cross-markets/cross-functional teams.
- Detail-oriented with a passion for thoroughness and accuracy.
- Solid knowledge of MS Excel, Word, and PowerPoint; SAP, Looker, and Anaplan are a plus.
Minimum of 2 years in a similar role, preferably within the luxury retail industry.
University or Business school graduate

The position offers a 12-month contract (renewable for an additional 12 months), with a monthly allowance, housing allowance, travel cost coverage, and health insurance.
