Cartier Brand Image Manager

- Integrate the Creative Communications team by executing briefs from MarCom and Commercial teams.
- Develop visual treatments and tools to enhance brand equity and market relevance.
- Maintain consistent messaging and tone across all channels.
- Strategize and propose creative concepts aligned with the editorial calendar and brand voice.
- Manage creative briefings, campaign development, and asset distribution processes.
- Oversee the adaptation of international campaigns for the North American market.
- Create holistic brand experiences and visual identity across various teams.
- Support the North America DTC & Email program with design and layout.
- Design large format outdoor creatives and innovative advertising formats.
- Provide high-quality PowerPoint templates and strategic presentations.
- Educate internal teams on branding best practices and support training material development.
- Guard brand identity by organizing and distributing visual assets and guidelines.
- Bachelor’s degree in design, communications, or advertising.
- 5–6 years of experience as a designer or creative in the luxury industry.
- Extensive understanding of print production and digital advertising.
- Fluency in Figma and Adobe Creative Suite.
- Video editing capabilities and 3D/CGI knowledge are advantageous.
- Ability to execute best-in-class designs across various platforms.
- Strong communication skills and ability to work internationally.
- Highly adaptable, organized, and efficient in high-pressure environments.
5–6 years of experience as a designer or hands-on creative in the luxury industry, either in-house, agency, or established studio.
Bachelor’s degree in design, communications, or advertising.
Expected salary range: $90,000-$115,000. Salary will be negotiated based on relevant skills and experience.
