Cartier Brand Experience Intern

- Conduct vendor research for upcoming commercial and cultural events such as Diwali and End of Year celebrations.
- Maintain and update the vendor contact sheet.
- Assist in the execution of commercial and hospitality projects.
- Prepare formal documents, including PowerPoint presentations and Excel trackers.
- Support ideation and brainstorming sessions for enhancements and artistic elements.
- Provide logistical support, including ordering supplies and coordinating with calligraphers and engravers.
- Offer administrative and ad hoc support, such as shipping, ordering supplies, and booking conference rooms.
- Organize the gift closet, archive cabinet, and book library.
- Provide on-site support for treatment-related activations in New York City.
- Currently enrolled in an accredited university or college program.
- Authorized to work in the United States; international students must have a current work visa.
- Must be 18 years or older.
- Available to participate for the entirety of the internship program from June 2nd to August 8th.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, both oral and written.
- Strong organizational, planning, and time management abilities.
- Ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously.
- Detail-oriented and self-motivated.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, PowerPoint, Excel, SharePoint, Teams, and Outlook.
- Team player with a positive and professional attitude.
- Eager to learn and develop within the luxury industry.
No prior experience required, but a keen interest in the luxury client journey and exceptional client experiences is essential.
Currently enrolled in an accredited university or college program.
This is a paid internship with a salary of $20-25 per hour.
Interns will be partnered with a mentor to guide their learning experience and provide industry insights. The internship offers a competitive working environment and valuable exposure to the luxury goods industry.
