1. Deliver exceptional service experiences to internal and external customers via phone, email, and chat.
2. Handle inbound calls and greet customers in a professional manner.
3. Provide written responses to customer inquiries, ensuring service expectations are met.
4. Build lasting customer relationships by delivering first-call resolution and taking ownership of scenarios.
5. Assist with sales initiated by phone or website, requiring data entry and product knowledge.
6. Continuously seek new product knowledge to act as a brand expert.
7. Display strong selling and negotiating skills to overcome objections and close sales.
8. Monitor social media platforms for brand-related conversations and respond as necessary.
9. Answer a wide variety of customer inquiries, including repair services and cost estimates.

1. Bachelor’s degree preferred, particularly in Fashion, Retail, or related fields.

1. 3+ years in a contact center, customer service, or retail environment.
2. Experience in eCommerce, especially in the luxury retail sector.
3. Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and SAP knowledge is a plus.
4. Active knowledge of social media channels and enthusiasm for luxury brands.
5. High level of maturity, poise, and sound business judgment.
6. Ability to learn and use multiple applications and systems.
7. Flexibility to work within specified hours, including holidays.
8. Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
9. Bilingual in Spanish and English; Portuguese is a plus.

3+ years in a contact center, customer service, or retail environment, or equivalent education and experience.

Bachelor’s degree preferred, particularly in Fashion, Retail, or related fields.
