1. Develop repair estimates in accordance with Cartier's policy and guidelines.
2. Perform high-quality repairs, reviewing repair requests and validating spare parts for the assigned brand, ensuring timely delivery based on lead time, quality, and productivity metrics.
3. Conduct final checks and package repairs prior to delivery to customers or boutiques.
4. Perform quality control on incoming spare parts from suppliers.
5. Communicate repair incidences to the Workshop Manager.
6. Assist boutiques with inventory management and special projects as needed.
7. Adhere to group policies regarding the disposal of used spare parts.
8. Maintain strong communication with Boutique Sales Associates, Directors, and Platform Workshop Managers.
9. Manage diagnosis information in the RCS Registration system (SAP) and handle Excel, Word files, and the brand portal website.

1. Proven experience in watchmaking and repair.
2. Familiarity with Cartier's standards and guidelines.

1. Proficiency in SAP and Microsoft Office Suite.
2. Strong communication and organizational skills.
3. Attention to detail and precision in craftsmanship.

A minimum of 3 years of experience in watchmaking or a related field, preferably within the luxury sector.

Certification in watchmaking or a related technical field is preferred.
