Cartier Boutique Technician

- Provide technical services for watches and jewelry, including quick services, chain adjustments, component replacements, polishing, and rhodium services at designated locations.
- Support sales teams by offering technical input for client care cases and assisting with complex bracelet adjustments or changes.
- Conduct diagnosis of all products to determine necessary services and appropriate service locations, including the main service facility, boutique, or vendor.
- Perform comprehensive watch services, including battery replacement, functional checks, rate adjustments, water resistance renewal, component replacement, complete service, and polishing.
- Execute jewelry services, such as chain adjustments, link modifications, services on LOVE bracelets, and polishing.
- Maintain and calibrate workshop tools and equipment, ensuring bench organization and adherence to 5S practices.
- Ensure efficient workflow by respecting task objectives, service coding, warranties, and quality standards.
- 3-5 years of experience working with luxury watches or products.
- Watchmaking technical operations experience.
- Encasing Certification (WOSTEP) or ability to pass a Technician Exam to validate skills.
- Client-focused with strong organizational, interpersonal, and communication skills.
- Proficient in computer skills, including SAP and Zoom/TEAMs navigation.
- Ability to multitask and work effectively in a fast-paced team environment.
3-5 years of experience with luxury watches or products is required.
Expected salary range is $65,000-$85,000, negotiable based on relevant skills and experience.
