1. Ensure a unique and exceptional client experience throughout the sales process.
2. Master the sales steps including welcome, discovery, persuasion, closure, and development.
3. Adapt to clients' needs and motivations to enhance satisfaction.
4. Continuously strive to surprise and delight clients.
5. Handle negotiations and objections with ease.
6. Convey the passion and values of the Maison.
7. Act as the primary contact for clients requiring Care Service.
8. Achieve individual and boutique sales targets, both quantitative and qualitative.
9. Cultivate strong client relationships and foster client loyalty.
10. Develop and expand the client portfolio effectively.
11. Execute targeted CRM actions.
12. Participate in client events as an Ambassador of the Maison.
13. Adhere to all group, Maison, and boutique policies and procedures.
14. Participate in inventory management.
15. Assist in the setup and breakdown of the boutique during opening and closing.
16. Implement Visual Merchandising guidelines.
17. Assist with special projects as requested.

1. Previous experience in Fine Jewelry or Watches.
2. Fluency in English and Spanish, with additional languages considered a plus.
