Cartier Boutique Sales Ambassador

- Achieve and exceed monthly sales targets as directed by management.
- Deliver exceptional customer service, ensuring a unique client experience at all touchpoints.
- Develop and maintain client relationships through personalized service and Maison-specific CRM initiatives.
- Assist and support after-sales clients, providing recommendations to enhance the client experience.
- Participate actively in daily boutique operations, including set-up, breakdown, and maintenance of displays.
- Ensure compliance with all security and operational policies and procedures.
- Contribute to in-store and offsite events and networking initiatives.
- Participate in daily and annual inventories and cycle counts.
- 2 to 5 years of experience in luxury retail.
- Ability to work consistently on weekends and one weekday.
- Proficiency in MS Office; SAP knowledge preferred.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced retail environment.
- Attention to detail and ability to multitask.
- Additional language skills are a plus.
- General knowledge of timepiece movements preferred.
2 to 5 years of previous experience in luxury retail is required.
College degree preferred.
Salaries will be negotiated based on relevant skills and experience.
