1. Achieve and exceed monthly sales targets as directed by management.
2. Deliver exceptional customer service, ensuring a unique client experience at all touchpoints.
3. Develop and maintain client relationships through personalized service and Maison-specific CRM initiatives.
4. Assist and support after-sales clients, providing recommendations to enhance the client experience.
5. Participate actively in daily boutique operations, including set-up, breakdown, and maintenance of displays.
6. Ensure compliance with all security and operational policies and procedures.
7. Contribute to in-store and offsite events and networking initiatives.
8. Participate in daily and annual inventories and cycle counts.

1. 2 to 5 years of experience in luxury retail.
2. Ability to work consistently on weekends and one weekday.

1. Proficiency in MS Office; SAP knowledge preferred.
2. Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
3. Ability to work in a fast-paced retail environment.
4. Attention to detail and ability to multitask.
5. Additional language skills are a plus.
6. General knowledge of timepiece movements preferred.

2 to 5 years of previous experience in luxury retail is required.

College degree preferred.

Salaries will be negotiated based on relevant skills and experience.
