Cartier Boutique Sales Ambassador

- Achieve and surpass monthly sales targets as directed by management.
- Deliver exceptional customer service by creating a welcoming environment and maintaining high standards.
- Adapt sales approach to meet client needs and motivations.
- Negotiate and manage client objections effectively.
- Support after-sales clients in alignment with Maison values, providing recommendations for an exceptional experience.
- Cultivate client relationships through exceptional service and Maison-specific CRM initiatives.
- Capture and manage client data accurately for follow-up and relationship building.
- Resolve client issues and escalate to management as necessary.
- Participate in in-store and offsite events and networking activities.
- Comply with all security and operational policies and procedures.
- Assist with daily boutique set-up, breakdown, and maintenance.
- Participate in merchandising and daily maintenance of displays and back-stock.
- Engage in daily and annual inventories and cycle counts.
- Assist with special projects such as price changes and back-office support.
- 2 to 5 years of experience in luxury retail.
- Ability to work consistently on Saturdays, Sundays, and one weekday.
- Proficiency in a fast-paced retail environment.
- Computer and internet savvy with MS Office experience; SAP knowledge preferred.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Strong customer service orientation and understanding of customer priorities.
- Attention to detail and ability to multitask with precision.
- Additional language skills are advantageous.
- General knowledge of timepiece movements preferred.
2 to 5 years of experience in luxury retail, with availability to work weekends and one weekday consistently.
College degree preferred.
