Cartier Boutique Sales Ambassador

- Achieve and exceed monthly sales targets as directed by management.
- Provide exceptional customer service, ensuring a unique client experience at all touch points.
- Develop and maintain client relationships through Maison-specific CRM initiatives.
- Capture and manage client data for relationship building and follow-up.
- Resolve client issues and escalate to management as necessary.
- Participate in in-store and offsite events and networking opportunities.
- Comply with all security and operational policies and procedures.
- Assist with daily boutique operations, including set-up, breakdown, and maintenance.
- Participate in merchandising, inventory management, and special projects.
- College degree preferred.
- 2 to 5 years of experience in luxury retail.
- Availability to work weekends and one weekday consistently.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced retail environment.
- Proficiency in MS Office; SAP knowledge preferred.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Strong customer service orientation.
- Attention to detail and multitasking ability.
- Knowledge of timepiece movements preferred.
- Additional language skills are a plus.
2 to 5 years of experience in luxury retail, with consistent weekend availability.
College degree preferred.
Expected hourly range: $26/HR-$28/HR, commission and overtime eligible. Salaries will be negotiated based on skills and experience.
