1. Achieve and exceed monthly sales targets as directed by management.
2. Provide exceptional customer service, ensuring a unique client experience at all touch points.
3. Develop and maintain client relationships through Maison-specific CRM initiatives.
4. Capture and manage client data for relationship building and follow-up.
5. Resolve client issues and escalate to management as necessary.
6. Participate in in-store and offsite events and networking opportunities.
7. Comply with all security and operational policies and procedures.
8. Assist with daily boutique operations, including set-up, breakdown, and maintenance.
9. Participate in merchandising, inventory management, and special projects.

1. College degree preferred.
2. 2 to 5 years of experience in luxury retail.
3. Availability to work weekends and one weekday consistently.

1. Ability to work in a fast-paced retail environment.
2. Proficiency in MS Office; SAP knowledge preferred.
3. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
4. Strong customer service orientation.
5. Attention to detail and multitasking ability.
6. Knowledge of timepiece movements preferred.
7. Additional language skills are a plus.

2 to 5 years of experience in luxury retail, with consistent weekend availability.

College degree preferred.

Expected hourly range: $26/HR-$28/HR, commission and overtime eligible. Salaries will be negotiated based on skills and experience.
