1. Achieve and exceed monthly sales targets as directed by management.
2. Deliver exceptional customer service by creating a welcoming environment and maintaining high standards.
3. Adapt sales approach to meet client needs and motivations.
4. Negotiate and manage client objections effectively.
5. Support after-sales clients in line with Maison values, providing recommendations for an exceptional client experience.
6. Cultivate and maintain client relationships through exceptional service and CRM initiatives.
7. Capture and utilize client data for follow-up and relationship building.
8. Resolve client issues and escalate to management as necessary.
9. Participate in in-store and offsite events and networking activities.
10. Comply with all security and operational policies and procedures.
11. Assist with boutique setup, breakdown, and maintenance.
12. Participate in merchandising, inventory management, and special projects.

1. College degree preferred.
2. 2 to 5 years of experience in luxury retail.
3. Ability to work Saturdays, Sundays, and one weekday consistently.

1. Proficiency in a fast-paced retail environment.
2. Computer and internet savvy with MS Office experience; SAP knowledge preferred.
3. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
4. Strong customer service orientation and understanding of client priorities.
5. Attention to detail and ability to multitask with precision.
6. Fluency in additional languages is a plus.
7. Knowledge of timepiece movements preferred.

2 to 5 years of previous experience in luxury retail is required.

College degree preferred.

Expected hourly range: $26/HR-$28/HR, with commission and overtime eligibility. Salaries will be negotiated based on relevant skills and experience.
