1. Achieve and exceed monthly sales targets as directed by management.
2. Provide exceptional customer service, ensuring a unique client experience at all touch points.
3. Adapt sales approach to meet client needs and motivations, handling objections with ease.
4. Support after-sales clients in alignment with Maison values, providing expert recommendations.
5. Cultivate client relationships through exceptional service and Maison-specific CRM initiatives.
6. Accurately capture and utilize client data for follow-up and relationship building.
7. Resolve client issues and escalate to management as necessary.
8. Participate in in-store and offsite events and networking activities.
9. Comply with all security and operational policies and procedures.
10. Assist with daily boutique set-up, breakdown, and maintenance of displays and back-stock.
11. Participate in inventories and cycle counts to ensure successful audits.
12. Assist with special projects such as price changes and back-office responsibilities.

1. 2 to 5 years of experience in luxury retail, service, or hospitality.
2. General knowledge of timepiece movements.

1. Ability to work in a fast-paced retail environment.
2. Proficiency in MS Office; SAP knowledge preferred.
3. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
4. Strong understanding of customer service needs and priorities.
5. Attention to detail with the ability to multitask.
6. Fluency in additional languages is a plus.

2 to 5 years of previous experience in luxury retail, service, or hospitality is required.

College degree preferred.
