1. Achieve and exceed monthly sales targets as directed by management.
2. Provide exceptional customer service, ensuring a unique client experience at all touchpoints.
3. Adapt sales approach to meet client needs and motivations.
4. Negotiate and handle objections effectively.
5. Support after-sales clients in alignment with Maison values.
6. Cultivate client relationships through exceptional service and CRM initiatives.
7. Accurately capture client data for follow-up and relationship building.
8. Resolve client issues and escalate to management as needed.
9. Participate in in-store and offsite events and networking.
10. Comply with security and operational policies and procedures.
11. Assist with daily boutique operations, including set-up, breakdown, and maintenance.
12. Participate in inventory management and audits.
13. Assist with special projects as needed.

1. College degree preferred

1. Ability to work in a fast-paced retail environment
2. Proficiency in MS Office; SAP knowledge preferred
3. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
4. Strong attention to detail and multitasking abilities
5. Fluency in additional languages is a plus
6. General knowledge of timepiece movements preferred

2 to 5 years of experience in luxury retail, with availability to work weekends and one weekday consistently.

College degree preferred

Expected hourly range: $26/HR-$28/HR, commission and overtime eligible. Salaries negotiated based on skills and experience.
