1. Exemplify the image and values of Cartier as a brand ambassador, maintaining impeccable grooming standards.
2. Welcome clients, understand their intentions, and provide beverage service, ensuring a seamless client experience.
3. Organize and maintain the beverage and catering stations within the boutique.
4. Support sales associates by retrieving creations from the sales floor or stock, and assist with packaging and documentation.
5. Conduct a secondary verification of serial numbers on creations prior to billing.
6. Perform personalization and quick maintenance actions, such as engraving and embossing, following dedicated training.
7. Ensure the cleanliness and organization of the sales floor and back office areas.
8. Prepare and organize sales tables with necessary tools and materials, ensuring readiness throughout the day.
9. Participate in boutique maintenance by reporting needs to the management team.
10. Coordinate orders for consumables and office supplies.
11. Assist in the double counting and photographing of pieces at opening and closing.
