Cartier Boutique Operations Coordinator

- Oversee the execution of all transactions and stock procedures, ensuring efficient daily management of boutique stock and operations.
- Validate and manage all invoices, deposits, charges, and refunds, maintaining communication with the financial back office to resolve payment issues.
- Conduct daily banking reconciliation and resolve discrepancies.
- Manage stock transfers, client reservations, consignments, and ensure quality control of all stock movements.
- Prepare and manage e-commerce sales, returns, and refunds, coordinating with the head office online team for product management.
- Conduct annual counts, cycle counts, and spot checks, ensuring compliance with Group and Maison policies.
- Contribute to boutique organization, manage orders, and support special projects like transformations and pop-ups.
- Develop a comprehensive understanding of Maison products, heritage, and values.
- Proven experience in retail operations or stock management within the luxury sector.
- Strong understanding of financial transactions and banking reconciliation processes.
- Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in stock management systems and e-commerce platforms.
- Attention to detail and quality control.
Candidates should have proven experience in retail operations or stock management, preferably within the luxury sector.
