Cartier Boutique Manager

- Design and implement an optimal organizational structure within the boutique.
- Recruit and develop talent, ensuring a robust talent pipeline.
- Drive performance and manage compensation, fostering career development and engagement.
- Communicate and align the boutique team with the Maison's strategy and vision.
- Supervise the Care Service team on a daily basis.
- Conduct performance analyses to develop and implement annual action plans to achieve sales targets.
- Monitor and optimize boutique performance and profitability.
- Ensure compliance with all group, Maison, and boutique policies and procedures.
- Oversee boutique back office and administrative operations.
- Maintain boutique facilities.
- Ensure exceptional client service and develop client relationships.
- Lead client relationship programs and engage with VIP clients as a brand ambassador.
- Proven experience in team management and development.
- Demonstrated ability to drive sales and optimize performance.
- Experience in luxury retail operations.
- Strong management and leadership skills.
- Excellent business acumen.
- Strategic thinking abilities.
- Proficiency in client relationship management.
- Outstanding representation and communication skills.
Substantial experience in luxury retail management, with a focus on team leadership and sales optimization.
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Retail Management, or a related field preferred.
