8. Ensure compliance with all group, Maison, and boutique policies and procedures.
9. Oversee boutique back office and administrative operations.
10. Maintain boutique facilities.
11. Ensure exceptional client service and develop client relationships.
12. Lead client relationship programs and engage with VIP clients as a brand ambassador.
