1. Design and implement an optimal organizational structure within the boutique.
2. Recruit and develop talent, ensuring a robust talent pipeline.
3. Drive performance and manage compensation, fostering career development and engagement.
4. Communicate and align the boutique team with the Maison's strategy and vision.
5. Supervise the Care Service team on a daily basis.
6. Conduct performance analyses to develop and implement annual action plans to achieve sales targets.
7. Monitor and optimize boutique performance and profitability.
8. Ensure compliance with all group, Maison, and boutique policies and procedures.
9. Oversee boutique back office and administrative operations.
10. Maintain boutique facilities.
11. Ensure exceptional client service and develop client relationships.
12. Lead client relationship programs and engage with VIP clients as a brand ambassador.
