1. Design and implement an optimal organizational structure, recruit suitable profiles, and ensure a proactive talent pipeline within the boutique.
2. Drive performance and compensation management, ensure people development through career committees, mid-year discussions, and training plans, and foster motivation and engagement.
3. Communicate and motivate the boutique team around the Maison's strategy and vision, ensuring collective and individual involvement.
4. Supervise the Care Service team on a daily basis.
5. Conduct performance analysis and define dynamic annual action plans to achieve sales targets for the Maison, boutique, and categories.
6. Guarantee the implementation and regular monitoring of action plans, making necessary amendments.
7. Optimize boutique performance and profitability, monitoring boutique KPIs.
8. Ensure compliance with all group, Maison, and boutique policies, procedures, and guidelines.
9. Supervise boutique back office and administration, and oversee boutique maintenance.
10. Ensure a unique and highly professional client service within the boutique.
11. Lead the implementation and monitoring of ROI for client relationship programs and actions.
12. Act as an Ambassador of the Maison, building direct contact with VIPs.
